Below is a suggested 8 week programme that you might wish to follow:

Your Rest days may include stretching.  Eat well and get plenty of sleep.  It essential that you rest regularly to allow your muscles and joints to repair, and prepare for more exercise. Try a shuttle run in the gym (Substitute for a short run).  Sprint between two points in a gym 55 metres apart until you have done 275 metres – Record your time.  Test your self every other week to see how you are getting on.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Deep down, Ric Flair knew this day would come. Mr. McMahon gave him a “win or retire” ultimatum more than four months ago, but the “Nature Boy” didn’t need a mandate to realize his in-ring career was coming to an end. And though tears streamed down his cheeks as he said farewell to the millions of fans he entertained for more than 35 years, Flair didn’t feel any agony in defeat to Shawn Michaels tonight at WrestleMania XXIV. After all, how fitting it is that the greatest wrestler of all time ends his career on The Grandest Stage of Them All.

What a week it had been for the 16-time World Champion! Flair received tributes from well-wishers across the country all week, from receiving the key to the city of Columbia, S.C., last Monday to his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame Saturday night. It was as if “Naitch’s” millions of fans sensed he would not be able to avoid defeat like he had since last November. Everyone wanted to pay tribute to Flair and let him know how much they appreciated watching him for so many years.

Still, that didn’t prevent a hushed silence from engulfing the Citrus Bowl tonight after Michaels stunned Flair with Sweet Chin Music to the jaw and the Nature Boy wasn’t able to rise before the three-count. More than 70,000 of our screaming fans seemed amazed because they had just witnessed history – the end of a legendary career.

At first, HBK couldn't bring himself to unleash Sweet Chin Music and it nearly cost him the match. But he realized during his second and third opportunity that he had to pull the trigger. An exhausted HBK buried his head in his hands. The Showstopper – “Mr. WrestleMania” – had provided many unforgettable moments over the years at The Granddaddy of Them All, but this was not one that he wanted. Flair was his idol and his inspiration, the reason he chose to become a Superstar.

As a boy, and later as an up-and-coming Superstar, Michaels worshipped Flair and aspired to be everything the Nature Boy was in the industry. Even today, as a respected, grizzled veteran who has had his own Hall of Fame-caliber career, Michaels is like an awestruck boy when he is in the presence of Flair. Before WrestleMania XXIV, HBK himself said he couldn’t imagine the industry without Flair.

Whirlwind of emotions

However, the Nature Boy and new WWE Hall of Famer chose to face Michaels at WrestleMania. Flair said he handpicked HBK because he considered him “the very best,” and he had to know if he could still defeat the very best on sports-entertainment’s grandest stage.

Flair appreciated all the kind words from well-wishers, but he didn’t want – or necessarily welcome – any suggestion that a loss to HBK at WrestleMania was a foregone conclusion. In many ways, Michaels had no choice but to face Flair. If he didn’t, he would lose the respect of a man he loved. And Flair didn’t want sympathy from HBK; he didn’t want him to hold anything back. The only true way HBK could honor Flair was to give him his very best at WrestleMania.

A Showstopping encounter

 And The Showstopper gave Naitch his very best. In some ways, Michaels’ onslaught was an elixir for Flair. The legendary World Champion at times seemed 20 years younger as he battled HBK with a ferocity and a ring mastery that showed our fans why he has been known as both “The Dirtiest Player in the Game” and “Rembrandt of the Squared Circle,” as Jim Ross likes to say.

At one point, thousands of necks craned and jaws dropped in the Citrus Bowl when Flair trapped Michaels in his trademark Figure-Four Leglock and HBK screamed, seemingly moments away from tapping out. As both legends traded momentum for nearly 20 minutes, it was easy to see why Flair has said he sees traces of himself in HBK.

But ultimately, Michaels outlasted Flair. He gave Flair what he wanted – his very best in the form of Sweet Chin Music. At first, HBK couldn't bring himself to unleash Sweet Chin Music and it nearly cost him the match. But he realized during his second and third opportunity that he had to pull the trigger. Flair knew he lost to not only a better competitor this night, but to a man he somewhat molded. In many ways, his career was ended by a near carbon copy of himself.

The Citrus Bowl erupted. Meanwhile, Superstars – Flair rivals and allies alike, who watched the battle from the locker room, gave him a standing ovation. Dusty Rhodes, Ricky Steamboat and Barry Windham – past Flair rivals who were now dear friends and currently WWE officials – saluted him. Flair blew kisses to his wife and children seated in the front row, and even hardened warriors and friends like Arn Anderson and Triple H in the back couldn’t fight back their tears.

He even made a believer out of the original “Nature Boy” Buddy Rogers, who fell to Flair in an iconic encounter in 1978.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Before some 70,000 stunned fans who were convinced that either John Cena or Triple H would walk away with the gold, Randy Orton proved tonight that reports of his demise as WWE Champion at WrestleMania XXIV were premature.

A wave of boos and a spattering of middle fingers greeted Orton as he held the WWE Title high for everyone in the Citrus Bowl and millions of pay-per-view watchers worldwide to see. “I told you so,” Orton seemed to be saying as he celebrated his victory. Many critics seemed to believe that it was a foregone conclusion that the Legend Killer’s five-month reign as WWE Champion would end at WrestleMania XXIV. And the arrogant Orton was keenly aware of this – and that’s why he reveled in his own special WrestleMania moment as a despondent Triple H and Cena looked on incredulously.

Seeds of a Dynasty

Ever since he won the WWE Championship, Randy Orton has been telling every and anyone who would listen that he is a “One-Man Dynasty.” Since October, he had shown he would do absolutely anything to keep the WWE Championship – no one, no relative was safe and nothing was over the line for Orton in his quest to keep the gold. The Legend Killer had emerged as a force atop the WWE mountain and turned back the challenges of elite contenders such as Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho and Jeff Hardy.

But as sadistic and egotistical as the third-generation Superstar is, he is also a proud champion. Tonight was the first time he headlined WrestleMania as champion and he was determined to prove a point. He was also annoyed that so many fans and critics anointed Cena and The Game as the next WWE Champion at WrestleMania.

In the weeks leading up to WrestleMania XXIV, Orton even made it a point to stun his two opponents on separate occasions with sudden RKOs when he believed they had forgotten about him and were too focused on each other. Orton saw Cena and Triple H as two nuisances, gnats that were always flying around his title and would never let him bask in his greatness. By eliminating by Triple H and Cena on The Grandest Stage of Them All, he believed he would prove once and for all that he is a “One-Man Dynasty.”

Three-Way Quest for Redemption

And tonight, Orton went a long way towards legitimizing his dynasty claims, but not without a fight from both Cena and Triple H. These three warriors are as different as anyone can be, but they share a common passion for the Holy Grail of sports-entertainment. And like Orton, Cena and The Game felt like they had something to prove.

Cena wanted to reclaim the title he never lost. Thanks to Orton, he was injured last October and had to relinquish the WWE Championship. Cena had to watch as the Legend Killer put a vise grip on the gold. Cena’s torn pectorial muscle was supposed to keep him out of WrestleMania, but he couldn’t sit on the sidelines and watch someone else hold his title. He decided to risk it all for an opportunity to reclaim the gold at WrestleMania XXIV.

Triple H’s odyssey to WrestleMania XXIV was full of twists, turns and potholes. Sure, he had headlined WrestleMania several times before, but this year was different. He saw WrestleMania XXIV as a chance at redemption. Last year, he missed WrestleMania due to injury. His 11th title reign was cut way too short by Orton, his former friend and Evolution teammate. And The Cerebral Assassin was haunted by Cena, a man he had never defeated. He still remembered tapping out to Cena’s STFU at WrestleMania 22. Cena also prevented The Game from winning this year’s Royal Rumble.

Triple H was proud that he overcame all sorts of obstacles, gauntlets and five opponents in the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out to make it back to The Grandest Stage of Them All. But he wasn’t going to feel complete unless he left the Triple Threat Match for the WWE Championship with the gold. Triple H lives to be WWE Champion. He wanted – needed – to show the world at WrestleMania XXIV that he truly was The King of Kings and back on top of his Game.

A Cerebral Legend Killer: 'I Told You So' 

Unfortunately for Cena and Triple H, their dreams of redemption at WrestleMania were just that – dreams. The Triple Threat Match was a war where the tide shifted several times between Cena, Orton and Triple H. Weeks of one-upmanship and mind games came to a physical head tonight as all three warriors showed they would do anything – and use any weapon – to win the gold.

However, in the end, brains turned out to be the deciding factor over brawn. Orton showed that he had indeed learned his lessons well from The Cerebral Assassin in their Evolution days. After watching The Game crush Cena with a Pedigree, Orton disposed of an unsuspecting Triple H with a punt to the skull and covered the vulnerable West Newbury, Mass. native for the stunning three-count.

So, The Champ is still here … but it’s not Cena. To the chagrin of Cena, Triple H, many of our fans and the locker room, Randy Orton is still the WWE Champion. And believe us, the self-proclaimed One-Man Dynasty loves to say, “I told you so.” There really will be no living with him now.

okay this is a letter i wrote three years ago, when my antie died she was my bestfriend and more n i still miss her to this day!!!

so am posting this for her n anyone who's lost someone dear to them, i know it's hard but your not alone.

i love you so much , too much to put into words and i miss you more then that and anything i can name.

'omfg am sat next to Zacky in my front room' my mind screams, "you okay sis?" Jimmy ask's with a smirk as Amber talk's to Brian 'i hate that lil bitch!' "yeah, why?" i say shaocked 'omfg breath breath' Zacky smiles at me, so i give him a weak one back "no reason, so am off up stairs" he smiles winkin' at me "yeah okay bro" i smile. I sit watchin' t.v. with Amb, Bri and Zacky for 10 mins until Brian and Amber walk out hand in hand "where you going?" i ask "to Ambers" Brain smirks 'what! you can't sleep with that' my mind screams "cool" Zacky laughs, i turn to just stare at him like he's crazy or fucking mad, as they both leave "cool!, are you fucking mad?" i say "what?" he say's shaocked "unbelieveable, well i hope Johnny asks Zoe out tonight" i smile, as Zacky laughs "how do you know about that?" TWO MONTHS LATER

Me and Johnny are still together and goin' strong, me and Jimmy are just getting the house sorted but the best news ever is Johnny and all the guys are now livin' with us am in heaven! oh and am the new manager of a7x!

 

Am sat next to the phone waiting for the most important call i will ever get, 'it will either be good or bad news' i think to myself as i tap my feet "Zoe calm down, it'll be okay babe" Johnny tell me for the 5th time in 5 mins, as i stars to play with my hands i sit there for the next ten min's just listenin' to everyone talk, not really listenin' then my cell rings, i quickly grab it "hello" "could i talk to a miss Zoe Sullivan please, it's warner brothers records calling" 'omfg i think am going to die' "this is Zoe speaking" i smile. Everyone is now staring at me, just waiting to see my face smile so they know we've got it. "I've got a message from Mr. Thomas, just to tell you that the record deal is set, and you have to come to new york next week to do the paper work"  "okay, well that great news thank you" i smile "oh and Mr. Thomas told me to tell you that A7x is a cool name" " oh thanks" "so were see you and that guys next week then, and have a good week" "yeah and you to".

I put the phone down and walk outside to the back yard, "Zoe what did they say?" Amber shouts "sis did we get the deal?" Jimmy shouts "i'll talk to her" Johnny says comin' outside after me. We risked our jobs barging into Mr. Mahon's office to bombard him with questions about Raw's past, present and furture. Anybody hiring?

 

It's been 15 years since Raw debuted, and we still don't know what genius came up with the name.

I did. I was trying to think of a word that would embody everything we wanted the program to be. It had to be gritty. It had to be cutting-edge. It had to be confrontational.

What were some of the names that didn't make the cut?

I'm sure there were other names, but i can't recall any of them. I just remember that, when "Raw" came to me, there was no doubt that it was the one.

Don't suppose you ever considered "Nitro"?

No. [uncomfortable silence]

Hey, speaking of Nitro...

Generally speaking, good competition is great for a product. It keeps you on your toes and forces you to adapt.

And Raw actually ran the competition out of business.

I don't think we drove WCW out of business. That was certainly never our intent. If you spend all your energy trying to beat the other guy, your product suffers. If you don't beat him, he's going to come back at you, and when he comes back, you won't have done anything to make your product better. It's no different from being in a fight and knowing that if the other guy keeps on hitting you, he's going to wear himself out pretty fast.

So, you focused entirely on improving Raw?

Absolutely. I didn't watch their stuff. I didn't want to know what WCW was doing. I wanted to know what WWE was doing. They did everything they could to hurt us. They had the resources to attack WWE. We didn't have the means to do the same thing. So, we had to make ours the better product. After WCW had run out of ways to hurt us, they realized that they didn't have much of a product. They blew out everything as quickly as possible, and only concerned themselves with the short term.

What's the most vivid memory you have of january 11, 1993- the very first Raw?

I wanted to go back to our roots. I wanted the first broadcast to have an intimate, raucous crowd, and i was certainly not disappointed with the feel of the Manhattan Center. We knew we were onto something special.

At what moment did you know the Raw was going to be a legit, long-term success?

From the very beginning. We were flying without a net on live TV. There was, and still is, an energy with Raw unlike anything else on the air. Everything we do, and everything we say, will be felt immediately.

Which can be a very good thing or a cery bad thing, right?

Live TV brings out the absolute best in people, which is good. But it also brings out the absolute worst in people, which is good, too. People don't mind seeing trainwrecks.

Any recent ones come to mind?

To be honest, i don't think i'll ever be completely satisfied with a show. I'm always of the mindset that, "well, maybe i could've done this differently," or, "maybe we could have added more of this, and taken away more of this." And that's purely based on the reaction of the live audience. But the success of a show is an overall thing. It's not just based on ratings. There are so many different ways to judge whether a show, or a series of shows, can be considered a success.

Who was the most important Superstar in Raw's evolution?

There's no  question that superstars such as Triple H, The Rock, Shawn Michaels and the Undertaker have all made enormous contributions to this company, Raw, and sports-entertainment, but if there was one single personality that exemplified Raw in the truest sense of what i wanted it to be, it would definitely be Stone Cold Steve Austin.

You're talking about the Attitude Era, right?

Make no mistake - the Attitude Era started long before Stone Cold Steve Austin. Bret Hart was actually the first one to push MR. Mcmahon on his ass, which happened before the Survivor Series in Montreal, i might add. When the audience responded to that incident so positively, i knew we had something. That was the beginning of "Attitude." The great thing about what we do is that we have a focus group evry night - the fans. You think you're giving them what they want, but then they shift on you. Raw has changed - Raw has continued to be flexible, that's way is has produced more hours than any other television show in history.

How do you tow the line between appeasing fans that grew up during the "Attitude Era" and those beginning to watch today?

It's a delicate balance. Prior to Raw, back in the territorial system, my father was onto something. He believed the future of the business was in "entertainment" more than the rest of the promoters. Raw stays true to that concept, because it's a varietly show. You name it, and Raw has it - action, drama, athleticism. Raw has it all.

Since Raw's inception, has the show's goal remined the same - to entertain the fans?

Absolutely. Sometimes it's overstated, but the only thing we do is put smiles on people's faces. And we do it on a global basis,  regardless of the color of skin or differences in cultures. That's a cool thing to be able to do. For example, when we did the Tribute to The Troops last year, we were told to be very careful because some of the locals weren't too thrilled with Americans. When we landed, a lot of people were looking at us disdainfully. They did a double - take after realizing they were looking at WWE Superstars, and went bonkers.

What's the goal for the show 20 years from now?

The goal will be to adapt, and remain flexible, so that WWE can give the audience what it wants. Twenty years from now, who knows exactly what that will be?

After 15 tumultuous years, Raw is still a dominating force on Monday nights. Go ahead, Vince, pat yourself on the back.

The 15th anniversary milestone. Our company should be proud. Our superstars should be proud. And, most importantly, our fans should be proud. [pause] And by the way, it's "MR. Mcmahon."

"okay i guess" she shurgs, "cool, i had a fab time in New York, it was awesome". I ramble on for about 5 mins tellin' her about it while the whole time Zoe not sayin' a word 'okay' i look over at Johnny and Brian talkin', 'how hot does Bri look' i smile to myself then it hits me like a hard punch to the face 'fuck she thinks it's me! who Johnny like' i turn to see Zoe takin' a drink. "So how hot does Bri look huh?" i smirk, only for Zoe to look confused "i guess, i didn't really look" "so do you think i should ask him out?" i say tryin' to cheer her up, and to let her know Johnny doesn't like me 'please say yes' "huh? yeah, i know he likes you" she smiles 'what! omfg!' "really, awesome, well it was good to see you again" i say truthly and smile "yeah, like wise" she smiles i stand up and walk over to Bri.

I watch Amber walk away and straight over to Brian 'okay, so who the fuck is she then' i think as i sit back and close my eyes for a min, as i feel someone sit next to me. I look to see Johnny smilin' at me, "you okay babe?" i nod "so that was a really good song" "really?, thanks" he smiles proudly 'i wish that you would give me one, just one chance to show you am the girl for you' i think as i sigh. "whats wrong?" "nothing am tierd" i lie "hey am off to Jimmys, you be okay to walk home?" Zacky shouts "yeah sure, see you later bro" i shout back Beth waves to me as she fallows smirkin'. 'unbelieveable, i hope they start datin' soon' i roll my eyes and watch as Bri, Jim, Zach and Beth leave. "so i'll see you later Matt, Val" i say standin' "you goin'?" Johnny asks i nod "see you tomorrow Zoe" Matt shouts before kissin' Val again, "i'll walk you" Johnny says runnin' to my side "okay" 'aww bless' "so we can have that talk on the way" 'great'.

I close Matts front door "so you have fun tonight?" i ask sweetly as she turns and smiles "yeah i did, funny enough but i can't believe i cry'd at that song" she giggles "well me and Matt wrote it" i smile lookin' at her Zoe smirks and giggles "what?" i ask 'okay' "Matt told me, so he must of had Val in mind right?" "yeah, but i must say  the girl i had in mind was as or more beautiful" i smile blushin' 'why is it so hard to say it' "well she's a lucky girl, and am happy for you both" Zoe say's sadly "well i'll be okay from here" she goes to walk away, as i grab her arm 'now or never' "i need to ask you something" i state "okay shot" i laugh at her choice of words 'okay this is hard for me to say cause am scared shittless' i think lookin' at my feet "Johnathan, it's okay i know" 'WTF,  how' "know what?" she rolls her eyes "that it's Amber you like..." I just stand there 'OMFG, it's me, all this time and it was me!' my mind shouts "yes, yes i would love to" i shout, smilin' as i jump onto him "really?" he smiles pullin' back i smile, as he kisses me softly before pullin' away, i do the same as Johnny snakes his arms around my waist. We just stand there lookin' at each other, i giggle to myself "what?" Johnny smiles, "well all this time, i though you didn't like me" i blush, "same here"  we both laugh as we start to walk again, with Johnny holdin' my hand. 'happy, best day of my life' we walk up to my front door "so i'll see you tomorrow?" i smile "yeah you bet, oh so what do you think of my new girlfriend?" he laughs i shake my head "well i think...well best move you've ever done" i smile kissin' his lips soft lips as he smiles kissin' me back, "bye babe" "bye Johnny" i say walkin' into the house closin' the door, i turn only to see Zacky n Beth 'OMFG!'.

JOHNNYS POV

I sit down on the busted up old brown arm chair in the corner of Matt's garage just starin' at the door 'where is she' i think to myself "she's goin' to come, dude don't worry" Matt smiles weakly then i hear talkin' outside the door. I stand up as , everyone turns to stare Zacky looks over and smirks at me. 'okay breath, i can do this' the door swings open as Beth walks through "we're here bitches" she shouts walkin only a couple of steps before stoppin', she smiles over to me, as i sigh and turn away to pick up my bass. "Zoe get your skinny ass in here" Beth screams "I am, fuckin' hell chill out dude" Zoe screams back. I whip my head round just in time to see her walk in but with her head down, 'omg she looks fuckin' hot' i think as i stare at her in her tight skinny black jeans, tight pick HIM top, deep purple vans and her short black hair all done nice. "Fuckin' hell Zoita, you look hot" Brian gins "thanks Bri" she smiles as she lifts her head up to look at eveyone, i just still stand there starin' as i see that beautiful pale face i love so much. They all walk to their stage area 'okay who the fuck is this bitch' i think to myself, i look over at him, 'i wish it was me' i sigh. Then the doop swings open i look and in walks Matts girl Val and my fuckin' man stealin' ex-best mate Amber, my mouth hangs open "that fuckin' bitch, she told me she likes Bri" i mumble "hey, calm down man" Beth smiles 'why? if it was Zach she'd be mad'. Amber walks over with Val and sit's on the sofa next to Beth, "hey Zoe, how are you" Amber smiles, 'bitch, you stloe my last man, now you want Johnny i don't think so!' i nod "Zoita, how my fav lil sis like hunny!" Val smiles sweetly i laugh, Vals like my big sis i never had "am cool, just a lil upset" i say softly. 'OMG' "so what he say?" Beth whisphers, as she leans in "nothing much, he just wants to talk to me later" i say starin' over at him, as he winks at me "what's he up to, has Bri or Jimmy said anything to you?" i ask blushin' a lil as i turn to Beth "no, why you going red?" she laughs "doesn't matter" i say shakin' my head.

MATTS POV

"Okay you guys ready" i ask "yeah lets do it!" Jimmy shouts "okay this song is called WARMNESS ON THE SOUL" i say walkin' off the lil stage i built and over to Zoe "and i really hope you like it"  i lean in towards her "Johnny wrote it with me, so i hope you like it, and keep your head up baby girl" i whispher to her to see her smile and nod, i then turn to Val my beautiful girlfriend of almost 4 yr now "yeah babe" i smirk walkin' back to my mic. as i began to sing.

Johnny mumbles "i thought you was asleep?" i smile turnin' to see him smilin' at me "i was but you moved" he whines pullin' me back down and tightly into his strong arms "so you okay my lil princess?" "yeah am okay, but i have to get  up now" i giggle "why? stay here with me" he whines pullin' me into him more "i need a shower, so up" i laugh as i grab one of the covers wrappin' it around me as i stand up. Johnny just smiles and snkes his hands around my waist "you look so sexy" "thanks, well i need to get ready but maybe later you can see them again" i smirk kissin' him on the lips, as he runs his tongue along my bottom lip as i open gladly lettin' him in he massages it with his, i wrap my arms around his neck as he lifts me up and places me on the bed, hoverin' over me. breakin' off to kiss me on the neck "Johnny" i moan as he starts to suck on my neck before bitin' down hard, "i'll get you back for that" i whine as he looks into my eyes "what?" "nothin', well Johnny Christ i need to get dressed babe" i kiss him he rolls over as i stand up "wait you just called me Johnny Chirst?" he laughs as he shoots up to look at me, i shake me head as i do up my jeans, before puttin' my top on "so?" We walk downstairs hand in hand, i stop at the bootom and just stare, "what you all doin' here?" i say to a very happy lookin' Zacky and Brian smilin' at me along with Val, Amber, Matt and Jimmy "about fuckin' time you two got together you pussy Johnny" Brian shouts "shut the fuck up asshole" Johnny spits. "So Jimmy you pickin' me  up tonight?" "can't Johnny do it, i want to spead time with Amber?" he smirks "yeah i'll pick you up i don't mind " he smiles the biggest grin ever, i just nod and smile back "yeah okay, but i dont finish till midnight though is that okay?" "no problem, so you ready to go, you start in 10mins" "oh yeah shit, i'll see you later when i get back" i say to everyone, Johnny holds out his hand as i grab it he laces his fingers with mine, Val just smiles at us along with Amber "oh Zoe what do you want for dinner tonight" Jimmy asks "i think i'll eat at work, bye" i shout as i shut the door Johnny walks to the car. "hey wait up love" i say runnin' to his side "sorry baby" he smiles openin' the door for me before runnin' round and jumpin' in "nevermind". we pull away "why does everyone keep sayin' about time?" he says angry "i dont know" i smile "i just thinks they were a lil pissed we took so long to get together" "yeah well you cant rush love you know" i laugh 'shit did i just say love' Johnny just looks at me as pull up outside the baseball ground. "did you say love?" he smiles turin' to me, i nod "well" i laugh "i know i just asked you out but i think i love you Zoe" he smiles sweetly 'omfg' "i love you too Johnathan" i smile "you dont have to...wait did you just say i love you" he nearly screams, i nod again "yeah, 'cause i do" i lean in and kiss him "i love you to" i laugh as he grins lookin' out the window "whats funny Johnny?" "i was scared you didnt love me" i giggle "dont be silly" "well anyway you better get in there" i shake my head "yeah okay, see you at midnight" "yeah in what 5 hours? which is to long" i just smile, as i open the door puttin' one foot out then stoppin' "whats wrong?" "i forgot something" Johnny just gives me a funny look as i lean over given him a kiss on the cheek he smiles "bye babe" "yeah bye sweetheart" i smile at him closin' the door then runnin' off to work .

I hear the door open then slam shut 'wtf' i walk out to see Zoe just about to walk upstairs "hey sis whats up?" i ask worried as she looks like she's about to cry "nothing" she sighs sittin' on the bottom step 'i hate seein' her upset, i hope it's nothing really bad?' "come on, whats really wrong?" i say sittin' next to her "Zacky, did you tell Johnny i liked him last night?" she asks softly not even lookin at me 'shit do i tell her the truth or lie' "no why?" i lie, for her just to sigh and look at me with hurt in her eyes "because he told me about it today, sayin' he's got a hot girl who likes him!" 'fuck, i so badly want to tell her that it's her who Johnny's askin' out tonight' "so what else did he say?" "that he likes her too, oh and he's askin' her out tonight at Matt's, but i have to go 'cause he wants to know what i think of her" Zoe says near to tears, i put my arm around her 'it's you' my mind shouts "so you goin' to go?" i ask 'please,please say yes' "i don't know Zack, i really like him" she crys "i know, i know but you never know Johnny may not last with this girl" i say tryin' to cheer her up, she just sighs standin' up "okay, i'll go" she smiles weakly as she walks upstairs. i walk back out to the kitchen and pick up my cell phone to ring Johnny.

Its two weeks later and i've just started back at my job after being asked back, and plus it's 6 weeks till my 16th birthday. Am goin' for a tattoo on the back of my neck, "so come on then" i laugh as i walk into the tattoo shop along with Val and Amber close behind me. "So you scared Zoe?" Amber and Val sat together "no! am only lookin', but i don't know anymore" i grin "can i help you lovely young ladys" came a male voice from behind me, i turn to see a very fit lookin' man stood behind the counter, my brothers tattooist. "no we're just lookin' thanks" A mber tell him, i look at the floor 'well i can't hurt to ask' i think smilin' as i look over at him "yeah you can, i've got a drawin' i want, it's not so good sorry" i as sweetly handin' it to him on a lil bit of paper, he starts laughin' then smiles at me "so your a A7X fan huh?" Amber and Val laugh "yeah you could say i was" "yeah whats that mean?" i giggle "well my brothers the drummer" i say proudly "really, awesome well in that case i could do it now for you, if you want Zoe?" "Same here, i think i want my lip or my tongue done next but i want louds of tattoos" i laugh "you and Johnny are so made for each other" "what you mean?" "well hes got his nose and ears done and has alot of tattoos" i nod "you've got your ears,lip once done" i smile 'okay your right there' "plus your as mad as he is i've been told, but one thing i lkie about him is , he said the girl he'll marry he's gettin' her name over his heart so i think thats sweet for a guy" i smile "so what your sayin' is if he gets my name say over his chest, heart whatever he'll want to marry me?" he just nods 'awesome i'd so marry him' "okay thanks again David, i'll see you again soon but i best get home i've got work" "okay bye Zoe and bye girls" " bye" Val and Amber say together as we walk out shuttin' the door.We start the five block walk home as we talk about random shit until we get 3 doors down from mine when i take my hair down "so don't tell Jimmy lets see if he knows" "yeah that David's rang him i bet" Val spits "you think?" Johnnys pov

"Hey Jimmy!" i shout as i knock on the door "one minute dude am comin'" he shouts "whats up Johnny?" he laughs openin' his front door "nothing man, is Zoe here?" he just looks at me weird "no sorry dude shes out with Amber and Val" i nod as i follow him to the kitchen where Matt is sat at the table laughin' "why? what you want her for?" Matt smirks, i sit down "want a drink?" Jimmy asks "no am drivin and i just wanted to take her to work" they both laugh "you do really like her huh?" Matt smiles "yeah i do, i think i may ask her out!" "what on date 5?" Matt laughs "no, ass hole to be.." "your girlfriend?" Jimmy finishs for me i nod. "your not mad are you dude?" "no, but i'll kill you if you hurt her, Johnny Christ or not" i laugh then the door bell rings "well thats Zoe, shes forgot her keys again" Jimmy laughs "i'll get it, i need to talk to her" they both just smirk and Jimmy sits back down.
